Application Form
Due to the high volume of applications we receive each time, we have streamlined the selection process to ensure fairness and efficiency.
The only accepted method of application is through the official “Apply Now” page.
Applications sent by email, LinkedIn, or any other channel will not be considered.
The application form requires:
General personal and academic information (essential for subsequent steps)
Your CV
A short video (max. 2 minutes 30 seconds) in which you address some topics, which are described on the “apply now” page.
Every candidate is assessed on two elements only:
CV – Do not be discouraged if your extracurricular experience is limited. Relevant clinical or organisational experience is valued, but it is not a prerequisite. Motivation and potential matter most.
Video submission – This is your opportunity to show your personality, communication skills, and genuine interest in the role.
An application is considered valid only if all requirements are fully met (completed form, CV, and video within the time limit). Incomplete or late submissions will automatically be excluded.

Interviews
By 13 December at the latest, all applications will have been thoroughly reviewed. Based on this evaluation, we will select a maximum of 15 candidates to proceed to the interview stage.
These interviews — conducted either online or in person at our office in Diegem — allow us to get to know you better, discuss your motivation in greater depth, and assess mutual fit with our team and the specific demands of the role. This will happen between 15 and 17 december
Invitations, including proposed dates and format, will be sent shortly after the application deadline.
On 20 December, we will officially announce the candidates who have been selected to join the Kidney Preservationist team.
Successful applicants will receive a personal confirmation and detailed information about the training process shortly thereafter.
